Overview
The Building Inclusive Workplaces (BIW) Corporate Change Model Training Course is a 5 day program designed to teach participants how to effectively promote diversity and inclusion by implementing a change management program in their organization.

- Gain awarness on the role of inclusion in organizations and the impact on performance
- Learn to manage projects and implement change using the BIW Corporate Change Model
